Network

The main business focus of Cellbikes is their physical retail stores, but their stock management and payment heavily depend on Internet. In the early stages all Cellbikes transactions and stock management systems were handled by a single ADSL line, which was expensive and unreliable.

Our I.T support team provided them with a cost-effective plan: using two business level ADSL lines and router board device which provide them with a network that is both faster and stable. In the event of one of the lines failing, the router board device will automatically switch to the other line and keep the Internet running . After applying this solution, Cellbikes was able to expand their business to the online marketplace and is now selling huge amount of products and making more revenue than ever!

Server

We provided the design, implemented it and now monitor the domain servers, file servers and terminal servers for Cellbikes.  Safe and reliable staff management systems, quick file sharing and a user friendly interface ensure Cellbikes can efficiently run their business.  Each staff member can be easily managed under one domain and gain different rights to access company resources which are located in the file server.

Communication

All of the staff members at Cellbikes can communicate with each other via gmail, skype or IP phone from different locations. There is no delay and quality is guaranteed!

Office Hardware Environment

All of the office PCs, servers and network devices at Cellbikes are purchased and built by C-IT technicians to make sure each staff member within Cellbikes gets a quality PC that is both stable and fast. Each PC and server are maintained through our daily off-site support and monthly on-site service.
